Returnable Products: 
Returnable products can be returned within 14 days of customer receipt. Please email us at vtgreenprinting@gmail.com to let us know your order number, name, the product you are returning, and whether you want an exchange or refund. Not all products can be exchanged for a different size. If that is the case, we will refund the cost of the returned product.
